Early access

Everything below is free right now. Every feature is switched on, nothing is metered, and no card is taken. The plans are here so you know where this is heading — there will be plenty of notice before any of it starts costing anything.

Priced on orders, not seats.

The point of this product is that everyone gets the dashboard for their job — a CFO, a supply-chain lead, three regional managers, the warehouse supervisor. Charging per seat would price you out of the thing you came for, so seats are unlimited on every plan and the meter is your monthly order volume instead. It is the number that tracks both our cost and your value, and the one you already know without looking it up.

For comparison: Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt Cloud and Looker together run roughly $2,000–$10,000 a month in licences for a business this size, before the analytics engineer who keeps them running.

None of these allowances currently apply — see above. When they do, going over one warns you and keeps going: nothing stops until we have had a conversation, and your dashboards never go dark over a billing question.

Questions people actually ask

What counts as an order?
An order line landed in the warehouse during the month. A cancelled or deleted order stops counting the moment your ERP says so — the same rule every margin metric uses, so the number on your invoice reconciles with the number on your dashboard.
What happens when we go over?
You get a warning in Admin at 80% and again when you pass it. Nothing stops there. Well past the allowance, scheduled syncs pause and we talk — but every dashboard, export and alert keeps working on the data you already have. We are not going to black out your margin report during a month-end close.
Can we bring our own warehouse?
This is the warehouse — Postgres, with the ingestion, the star schema and the metric definitions in one application. That is the point: no Fivetran bill, no dbt project, no BI licence. Enterprise can run the whole thing inside your own infrastructure.
Which ERPs and channels do you support?
Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, Shopify and Amazon Selling Partner, plus CSV and a generic REST connector for anything else. Each one reads the exchange rate your own ledger used, so our revenue ties out to your GL rather than to a rate we chose.
